The Capital Constructions Department (CCD) of the Chisinau Mayoralty states that the Government broke the legislation in force by adopting a decision of transmitting gratuitously several unfinished constructions from the order of CCD to the order of the National Dwellings Service. This information is presented by CCD in the informative note of the draft decision sent for examination to the specialized commissions of the municipal Council regarding the process of transmitting the former headquarters of the Executive Committee of the former Nistrean rayon, placed in the Ciocana district of Chisinau. According to the quoted source by redirecting the building of the former executive committee for dwellings’ construction the rights of the local public administration body will be violated, being broken the stipulations of the legislation regarding the statute of Chisinau municipality and other Laws regarding the local public administration. The procedure of transmitting the building has been previously examined by the Council at the end of the last year. Then, a part of the municipal councilors were unpleased of the fact that the Government took such a decision without asking the opinion of the municipal Council and qualified this act as an involvement in the affairs of the local public administration. Previously, several buildings were given from the order of CMC to the order of the Governmental structures, inclusively the Emergency Hospital.
