The first plenary meeting from the winter-autumn Parliament session will be held on October 5
The first plenary meeting from the autumn-winter session Parliament of the Republic of Moldova will be held on October 5. The decision was taken on Tuesday by the Standing Bureau of the Legislative.
According to a press release of the Parliament Press Service, the Standing Bureau has also approved the agenda for the plenary meetings for the next 2 weeks.
In the current session will be discussed the draft of the State Budget and Social Insurances Budget for next year, the Law draft regarding political parties, the Education Code draft, that will be finished and forwarded by the Government, as well as other legislative documents.
Deputies will also examine the law draft regarding certain legislative modifications (anticorruption warning), the draft of the 9th title of the fiscal code (regarding Roadway regulation), the law draft for the modification of the law from May 18 2006 regarding the customs tax exemption for some merchandise imported by organizations from science and innovation sphere, the law draft regarding the completion of the no. 1 appendix to the Law regarding customs taxes etc.
In the same session, the deputies will examine in the second reading law drafts regarding the decentralization of local public administration.
The legislative body was in vacation from August 1 until September 13. The autumn-winter session will end by the end of this year, when the deputies will have another paid vacation.
