The 4-th negotiation round in format «5+2» begins at 14.00p.m. at the headquarters of OSCE Mission in Chisinau
The 4-th negotiation round regarding the solving of the Transnistrian problem in format „5+2” begins on Monday, 27 February, at the headquarters of OSCE Mission in Chisinau at 14.00p.m., according to report of the Ministry of Reintegration.
The same ministry reported that the negotiations will continue tomorrow in Tiraspol, probably, at 11.00a.m.
As continuation of the discussions of 26-27 January, the agenda for this negotiation round includes items regarding the economic relations between the parts, perspectives of an evaluation mission in Transnistria, monitoring of the enterprises of the military-industrial compound of Transnistria, military information exchange, as it was proposed in the set of Measures Promoting Trust and Security, as well as the situation of security zone.
The delegations at the negotiations are led by the Minister of Reintegration, Vasili Sova, Representative at the negotiations on behalf of Transnistria, Valeri Litkai, Head of OSCE Mission to Moldova, the Ambassador William Hill, Special representative on behalf of Russian Federation, Ambassador Valeri Nesteruskin, Special Representative on behalf of Ukraine, Dmitri Tcaci, Special representative on behalf of the European Union, Ambassador Adriaan Jacobovits de Szeged and Deputy Secretary for Europe and Eurasia of US State Department, David Kramer.
