A terrorist attack in Pakistan left at least 70 persons dead and over 150 injured. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova condemns the attack in Sehwan town and expresses its solidarity with the authorities of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, IPN reports.

According to foreign press reports, those dead include 20 children and 9 women. A kamikaze exploded a bomb near a shrine. According to the press officer of the Pakistani armed forces, the army was mobilized to ensure security in the area where the explosion occurred, while the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan was closed.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova reasserts the necessity of combining forces and intensifying international efforts to combat terrorism.
