The heat and power supplier Termoelectrica has launched the single contact number of the Call-Center Service – 1300. The short number 1300 can be used to access the same range of services and operations available until now on (022) 447 447, IPN reports.
The Call-Center Service of Termoelectrica works based on a robotized application available in Romanian and Russian. It divides the provided information in a number of areas of interest, depending on consumers’ needs, such as information about the method of paying the bill and debts and of signing contracts, invoicing, disconnections, works and accidents.
By calling on 1300, the consumers of Termoelectrica can perform such operations as transmitting the meter readings or reporting leakages or quality-related and other problems.
The phone number (022) 447 447 and the Viber number 069-444-144 could be used in parallel for reporting technical glitches around-the-clock.
