Termoelectrica SA on January 29 officially opened a commercial and customer service center that includes a one-stop shop where one operator will provide a wide range of services. There, customers can file applications to be connected or disconnected from the centralized heating system, to have partnership contacts for connection to the system signed or modified and to issue and coordinate projects and technical documentation, IPN reports.
The center is situated on the first floor of the administrative building located at 6 Tudor Vladimirescu St in Chisinau. Five more one-stop shops intended for customers from each of the five districts of the capital city will work there. These will provide legal consultancy, contracting, invoicing and other types of services.
According to Termoelectrica director general Veaceslav Eni, the center responds to multiple necessities of consumers, offering swift and convenient access to the whole range of services provided by the company. “The development of platforms for the communication and interaction with consumers has been our constant preoccupation. Therefore, we decided to modernize the commercial and customer service center so that no time is lost at one-stop shops,” stated Veaceslav Eni.
The center has about 50 employees who will work from Monday through Saturday, between 8am and 5pm, with a meal beak between twelve noon and 1pm.
