Termoelectrica and Infobon launch online service “My account”

Termoelectrica, in cooperation with the Infobon Calculation Center, launched the online service “My account”, which is a virtual cabinet with multiple benefits. Through the agency of the service, the consumers have access to updated and personalized information that enable them to perform a wide range of operations without going to the Customer Service Center of Termoelectrica or the Infobon Calculation Center. Also, it is no longer necessary to call the enterprise’s Call Center, IPN reports, quoting a press release of Termoelectrica.

The “My account” service can be used to access electronic invoice receiving, bill and consumption monitoring, meter readings transmission, bill payment and interaction with the housing sector manager services.

Also, the consumers can access the history of consumptions and can pay the heat bills. Furthermore, the online service “My account” facilitates the interaction with the housing sector manager in the correction, supplementing and/or updating of data concerning invoicing.

To benefit from these concessions, one should create an account by accessing the “My account” button on www.termoelectrica.md or www.infobon.md, using data from the bill and taking the indicated steps.

The users of electronic invoices automatically become users of the “My account” service. They received the password of access to the personal cabinet through personnel email addresses.
