The end-users who have debts for heat and do not obey the debt rescheduling timetable face lawsuits. The warning was issued by the Chisinau heat supplier SA Termocom, IPN reports.

The persons with debts are asked to fulfill their financial obligations. In this connection, the supplier warns them publicly that it will file lawsuits if they do not make payments according to the debt rescheduling timetables within a month.

Almost 11,000 owners of apartments in Chisinau have agreed debt rescheduling timetables with SA Termocom. The debts can be paid at post offices, branches of banks and/or the commercial center of SA Termocom that is situated on Tudor Vladimirescu St, even when the term of the bills expired. The payments can be also made through the Internet Banking System and at electronic payment terminals.
