“Termocom” urges all managers of the residential fund to undertake hydro-pneumatic washing works and to check the pressure of internal heating systems from the residence blocks, in order to ensure the proper functioning of the system during the 2012-2013 heating season, and respectively, the proper degree of thermal comfort in apartments, reports Info-Prim Neo. According to a communique from the provider, 99% of the problems reported by petitioners, during the previous heating season, were related to the responsibility of residential fund managers, i.e. jammed columns, hydraulic irregularities, and only 1% - the responsibility of the enterprise, which were solved within 24 hours. The water probes submitted to the chemical laboratory of the enterprise show that in the case of residence construction cooperatives (CCL) only 7 blocks out of the 315 managed have done the washing procedures, i.e. 2.2%. Private Residence Owner’s Associations (APLP) have done these works in 248 out of 626 residence blocks, i.e. is in 39.6%. Meanwhile, although most of the municipal residences fund management enterprises (IMGFL) have finished these works, some still lag behind. Of the 60 residential blocks that are under the management of IMGFL-8, washing works have been finished in only 19 blocks, i.e. in 31.7%. IMGFL washed the systems in only 10 out the 70 blocks managed, i.e. 14.3%. IMGFL-13 washed the systems in only 17 blocks out of the 101 managed, i.e. 16.8%. IMGFL-14 washed the systems in only 45 blocks out of the 152 managed, i.e. 29.6%. Termocom recommends the managers who have already finished preparing their blocks to proceed to signing technical passports, in order to ensure the timely start of the 2012-2013 heating season.
