The Chisinau heat supplier SA Termocom will gratis wash the internal plumbing and heating systems in 27 apartments buildings that fully paid the heat bills for the 2010-2011 heating season by April 30, Info-Prim Neo reports. The action forms part of the campaign “Pay in winter to be rewarded in summer”, which was initiated by Termocom on the World Consumer Rights Day, marked on March 15. According to the heat supplier's press service, 18 of the 27 apartment buildings paid in advance. Twenty-one of the 'rewarded' buildings are administered by municipal housing stock managing companies, two by privatized dwelling owners associations, one by a housebuilding cooperative, while three are departmental houses. The list is available on www.termocom.md. The works executed by Termocom in coordination with the apartment building managers are set to start this week. The internal plumbing and heating systems are obligatory cleaned before the next heating season. The costs vary depending on the volume of work in every building. Usually, they oscillate between 3,000 and 6,000 lei.
