Chisinau's heat supplier SA “Termocom” says it needs 64 million lei to repair pipes. The state-run company says it does not have the money because of the debts of end users, including the debt of the Chisinau Council, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communique issued by the heating company, it discovered 135 fissures in its main pipes. As of July 21, SA “Termocom” mended 50 of those. At the same time, the company says discovered new problems recently, and they need urgent capital repair. SA “Termocom” announced in a press release later lat week, the debtors owed it 664.513 million lei, including 217 million from the Chisinau local authorities.
