The Moldovan Supreme Court of Justice ended the insolvency proceedings in connection with Chisinau’s heat and hot water utility Termocom and placed it back under the control of the municipality, Info-Prim Neo has learned from the Chisinau City Hall’s PR department. The City Council is to assign a representative to the utility and delegate board members. An extraordinary shareholders’ assembly is to be organized shortly to appoint the executive director, nominated by the Chisinau mayor, and the board president as well.
