SA Termocom will no longer accept the accumulation of debts for heat and will use all the legal ways possible to recover the money, the heat supplier says in a communiqué, quoted by Info-Prim Neo. The company is ready to agree debt rescheduling timetables with the end-users who have debts of tens of thousands of lei. But if these timetables are not respected, the supplier, in concert with the competent authorities, will take more drastic measures to implement the court decisions and will restrict the rights of those with debts. Such an attitude is determined by the large debts accumulated until now. In Botanica district alone, 74 apartment owners have debts of 3 801 739 lei. Thirty-three apartment owners in Buiucani district owe 1 682 408 lei, while 19 apartment owners in Centru district - 1 159 809 lei. The debts in Ciocana district total 5 249 812 lei, while in Rascani district - 2 441 357 lei. The persons with debts were sued and the courts already passed decisions on a part of them.
