Termocom increases number of employees who will recover debts
More than 100 employees of SA Termocom were withdrawn from the technological process and involved in the recovery of debts, together with inspectors of the Marketing, Sales and Customer Care Service, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the heat supplier.
The employees will visit the consumers with debts and will convince them to settle their debts. They will inform every consumer about their situation, will agree debt rescheduling timetables and will monitor how they are respected.
They will also inform the end-users about the decisions passed by the court and the penalties imposed on them by bailiffs, including the sequestration of property, limitation of the right to perform certain activities and ban on leaving the country during at most six months.
The move was made because over 80,000 apartments have debts of over 1,000 lei for heat. The debts total 400 million. The debts of the housing stock for the 2011-2012 heating season amount to about 300,000 lei. The heat bills must be fully paid by August 1.
SA Termocom calls on the consumers to fulfill their financial obligations as soon as possible.
