The Chisinau heat supplier calls upon the housing stock managers to cooperate with the dwellers and persons responsible for meters in order to save heat, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from SA Termocom, consumption must be regulated after consulting the dwellers and ensuring appropriate thermal conditions inside the apartment buildings. The only method of reducing the costs for heating apartments is to fully stop the supply of heat for 4-6 hours during the sunny days, when temperature is higher than +8ºC.
The company said the partial reduction in the volume of supplied heat leads only to a halt in the heating of some of the apartments and to no saving.
SA Termocom informs that it supplies the heat up to the buildings and ensures the appropriate temperature of the heat, while the responsibility for the distribution of heat inside the blocks is borne by housing stock managers.
