The chairman of the National Participation Council will hold office for a period of six to twelve months, IPN reports, quoting an amendment to the regulations governing the activity of the Council approved by the Government, IPN reports.
Earlier, the term in office was of three months.
The Government extended the term in office so that the continuity of the process of coordinating the activity of the National Participation Council could be ensured and the chairman is able to efficiently fulfill the assumed duties.
