The movement on Ștefan cel Mare Blvd in central Chisinau was resumed. The police, with the assistance of a special purpose team, took away the tents pitched by protesters mobilized by the Shor Party, IPN reports.

The persons who were in tents were summoned to free the tents as their actions were illegal. As these didn’t comply, the tents were removed one by one. Protesters said the actions of the police are illegal and the police should be on their side, not on the side of the government.

The Chisinau Electric Transport Chisinau said that Ștefan cel Mare Blvd was reopened to traffic. Traffic jams are still reported on a number of streets but the trolleybuses run on routes according to schedule.
