The municipal authorities decided to dismantle the 16 tests for COVID-19 tests that were put up in Chisnau, mayor Ion Ceban announced in the February 7 meeting of official of municipal services, IPN reports.
“The role of these tents was very important when there was a very large number of people who needed a COVID-19 test. I want to thank those from the General Inspectorate for Emergency Stations and the Ministry of the Interior for their solidarity. It is a nice and correct example of how the pandemic situation should be managed,” stated the mayor.
The tents for COVID-19 tests were pitched near family doctor’s centers and four consultancy and diagnostic centers two weeks ago. Tests there could be done free of charge, with a referral from the family doctor.
