The General Public Amenities Division of Chisinau has announced a tender contest to choose contractors that would execute repair works in three apartments owned by persons with modest incomes who suffered as a result of exceptional situations.

Gennady Dubița, deputy head of the General Public Amenities Division, has told IPN that on Titulescu St, repair workers will be performed in the inundated apartment of a war veteran. On Uzinelor St, the apartment of a couple with disabilities was damaged as a result of high winds, while on Decebal Blvd, the apartment in need of repair is owned by a family with two children with special needs.

About 500,000 lei will be allocated from the Reserve Fund of the Chisinau City Hall for executing the repair works in the three apartments.

Bids can be submitted between June 30 and July 11. The repair works are to start in the second half of July.
