Temperatures expected to rise to 17°C

Weather forecasters announced that the weather is growing warmer. According to the State Hydrometeorology Service, daytime temperatures next week will increase to 17°C.

Head of the Meteorology Division Lidia Treshchilo has told IPN that the average temperature over the last few days was lower than the norm for this period by about 2 degrees. Next week the temperatures will oscillate between 9°C and 16°C during the day and minus 4°C and 6°C at night. No precipitation is forecast.

On Friday, November 7, daytime temperatures in southern Moldova will vary between 12°C and 17°C, which is slightly higher than the norm for this period. At night the temperatures will also be above zero.

The firs snow in Moldova fell last weekend in the northern districts.
