Forecasters said the weather will gradually grow warmer during the next seven days. In the second part of next week, the temperatures will increase to +14°C in southern Moldova. Rain and sleet is forecast for the next few days, with fog in the morning.
Contacted by IPN, forecaster Natalia Golub said the temperatures this night will oscillate between -2 and -7°C, while daytime temperatures tomorrow will range between +2 and +7°C. The temperatures will grow until February 23, when there will be +9… +14°C during the day and 0… +5°C at night.
Towards the end of February, the highest temperatures will be by 6-7°C higher than the norm in northern Moldova, by 8-9°C in the central districts and by 9-10°C in the northern districts. The temperatures will not affect the vegetation as the temperature lows will stay below 0 for a long period of time, stated Natalia Golub, adding that such high temperatures were recorded earlier too.
At the beginning of March, temperatures will decrease.
