“Teleradio-Moldova” introduces first amendments to apparatus
The Supervisory Board of the National Public Broadcaster “Teleradio-Moldova” made the first amendments to the structure of the institution’s administrative bodies and the radio and TV news departments. Other subdivisions will be also restructured. The decision was taken in the March 18 meeting of the Supervisory Board, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The amendments reduce the number of employees. The Council’s chairman Eugeniu Rybka said the move is aimed at optimizing the creation and technological process and the existing labor force. The employees of several subdivisions will be transferred to one subdivision so as to strengthen its capacity.
“Teleradio-Moldova” president Constantin Marin said the content of the job cards has also been modified. The company’s employees who will find the new cards compatible with the old ones and will accept them will be reemployed by transfer. Another category of personnel will be transferred to other subdivisions. Those who will fall into none of the categories will have to take part in a contest to be reemployed.
Marin said the amendments are necessary as many of the company’s subdivisions must be adjusted to the realities.
Eugeniu Rybka has told Info-Prim Neo that the remuneration policy will also be amended. The bonuses, which have a more or less subjective status according to him, will be replaced with fixed salaries. The tasks of the employees will be toughened up.
