A 17-year-old boy was killed in a traffic accident that occurred on Friday morning on the motorway Chisinau-Orhei, near the suburban town of Stauceni. The accident involved a BMW car and a Ford-Transit truck, which entered in frontal collision. As a result, the BMW exploded, leaving the passengers trapped inside. They had to wait for the rescue crew of the Department for Emergencies to get out. According to the police, the icy road and the speeding 22-year-old driver of the BMW are to blame for the accident. As a result, all the persons travelling in the car suffered severe traumas and the front passenger died.
