A 13-year-old girl was seriously injured a road accident in Chisinau on Thursday. Chisinau Ambulance Service coordinating doctor Maria Shamatailo has told Info-Prim Neo that the girl was crossing Dumitru Rascanu St when she was struck by a taxi of the 1422 service. The ambulance doctors provided first aid and took her to Valentin Ignatenko Hospital. The girl suffered a cranial-cerebral trauma, a concussion, facial injuries and contusion of thorax. A 56-year-old woman suffering from a heart disease fell down in her apartment and died. Police officers found dead an unidentified man in his 50s on the street and called an ambulance. Yesterday and last night, the Chisinau ambulance teams traveled to 702 addresses, dealing with 76 cases of trauma, 43 cases of acute viral infection 24 cases of pneumonia, 11 strokes and 22 deliveries.
