A teenage boy form Volintiri village of Ștefan Vodă district died in the hospital as a result of an accident. Contacted by IPN for details, Mariana Didenco, press officer of the Ștefan Vodă Police Inspectorate, said the 14-year-old boy was riding his bicycle on a secondary road. When leavening the road to an artery, he ran his bike into the rear wheel of a tractor.

The tractor driver aged 44 wasn’t under the influence of alcohol.

The minor was rushed to the Ștefan Vodă District Hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. An investigation is under way to establish all the circumstances of the accident.
