The 15-year-old boy from Fălești district, who was found dead, was struck by a car. The cause of death was announced by the medical examiner, IPN reports, quoting the General Police Inspectorate.

The police initiated a criminal case and are to take a series of special investigation measures to identify the vehicle and the driver who caused the accident.

The disappearance of the boy was announced in the evening of September 30, even if he went missing on September 25. The minor was found dead near the road between the villages of Catranâc and Glinjeni.
