Tarlev seeks to lower registration fees for inherited realty in villages
The fees that notaries may charge for registering inherited real estate in rural areas will be maximally lowered in order to create optimal conditions for growth in villages, Prime Minister Vasile Tarlev was reported by the Government press service as saying.
Vasile Tarlev gave instructions to the Ministry of Justice to prepare relevant legal amendments and submit them to the Government for approval.
At a Government meeting that discussed ways of facilitating farmland and real estate transactions in rural areas, Justice Minister Vitalie Parlog said that, in compliance with the Government’s decision, all the transactions with farmland are now processed free of charge by governmental institutions.
