The tariff for issuing license plates was raised from 480 to 550 lei, while for identifying the vehicle in the case of the first registration in the Republic of Moldova – from 400 to 600 lei. In connection with the increases in the tariffs of a number of services as from June 1, the Public Services Agency said the rises are insignificant, IPN reports.
The identification of the vehicle registered in the Retinoic of Moldova costs 280 lei, up from 200 lei, issuing of a car registration certificate - 330 lei, as opposed to 320 lei earlier, issuing of the driver’s license in 20 calendar days – 340 lei, up from 320 lei in 30 calendar days, issuing of the temporary driver’s incense used until the permanent license is ready – 80 lei, as earlier.
The replacement or restoration of the driver’s license earlier cost 400 lei when this was issued in 30 calendar days, but now costs 340 lei for a license issued in 20 working days.
The tariff for drawing up and sending applications to confirm the validity of the driver’s license issued by foreign authorities was reduced from 400 lei to 130 lei. The tariff for checking the authenticity of the driver’s license that was not included in the State Register of Vehicle Drivers while being changed into a driver’s license of the Republic of Moldova was decreased from 250 lei to 100 lei.
