The Agency for Market and Nonfoods Surveillance will supervise and control nonfood products, which is all the services, including the tourist ones. The State Labor Inspector will monitor only the observance of the provisions on labor relations. All the competent bodies will monitor the safety and health at work in their areas.

The state public health surveillance body will monitor the medicines, pharmaceutical and para-pharmaceutical products. The competent bodies will carry out regular inspections in the energy, building, insurance, telecommunications and transportation sectors.

According to the authors, the new provisions will contribute to the uniform implementation of the relevant legislation, will eliminate the doubling of duties and will reduce the burden on the business sector.
