Supreme Security Council recommends including representatives of parliamentary groups in aid distribution commissions

The Supreme Security Council urged the Government to include representatives of the parliamentary groups, district councils and civil society in the local and central humanitarian aid distribution commissions, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from the Government, the Council also recommended holding a contest of projects to prevent and lessen the consequences of floods that will be implemented with money from national and international funds. The Council ordered that the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Security and Information Service and the Center for Combating Corruption and Economic Crime monitor and monthly inform the President of Moldova how the money intended for flood cleanup is used.
