The Supreme Court of Justice will examine today, June 27, the appeal of the Party of Communists against the decision to hold a vote recount for the Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC). The hearing is to start at 2:00pm, Info-Prim Neo reports. The vote recount was ordered by the Chisinau Court of Appeals at the request of the Liberal Party. However, at the end of last week, the Supreme Court suspended the procedure following a challenge by the PCRM.
