Judge Valentina Clevady, deputy head of the Supreme Court of Justice’s Civil, Commercial and Administrative Disputes Board, tendered her resignation. The application was accepted by the Superior Council of Magistracy in a meeting on September 5, IPN reports.
Valentina Clevady, who was named to post by Parliament last December, invoked health reasons. The Superior Council of Magistracy is to request the legislative body to discharge her from post.
