The Supreme Court of Justice postponed examination of the prosecutor’s and Mayor General of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca’s appeal to recognize the nullity of the decision to sell a plot of land located on Sadoveanu St to “Codru” SRL issued by the Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC). Examining the same evidence, two panels of judges pronounced two different decisions – one to approve the mayor’s appeal and another one to reject it. Now the case is being examined by the Supreme Court of Justice.
