The weather will be turning turning cooler at the end of this week. Autumnal temperatures are forecast for Sunday and Monday, with rains to hit northern Moldova and parts of the country’s southwest.
According to the State Hydrometeorological Service, a particularly warm day awaits us on Saturday, an excellent opportunity for outdoor activities, but people should not be deceived by this unusual heat for this period and get ready for a sudden cooling of the weather. This is because on Sunday cold air masses from the west will quickly penetrate the territory of our country, bringing along a significant drop in temperatures and strong winds.
The first cold nights of this autumn are announced: the air temperature will drop from 13-18 degrees to 8-13 degrees Celsius on Monday night. And whereas on Saturday the highs will vary between 25 and 30 degrees, then on Monday they will already oscillate between 13 and 18 degrees Celsius.
