The students of the Republican High School of Real Profile will study in a block of the State University as from November. Till then, they will go on studying in Vocational School 9 and in their dormitory. The deputy schoolmistress of the lycee, Daniela Garbulea, has told Info-Prim Neo the students study in the afternoon, but will start studying in the morning after going to the university's classes. “The problem was related to getting an order allowing the transfer from one institution to the other,” Daniela Garbulea says. She thinks the rooms to study are OK for the teachers and students. Asked whether teachers or students started to leave the school after it remained without its quarters, Daniela Garbulea says there were intentions, but nobody has left. She says the Education and Youth Ministry has not yet grounded its decision to reduce the number of pupils at the institution. “The Ministry did not allow us to receive children from the city. Of six 9grade classes, we were told to make only 4, and now we're allowed to make a 5th one,” Daniela Garbulea said. During its 13 years, the Real High has had its premises in the Republican Children and Youth Center. Recently it was ordered to start the new school year in Vocational School 9. Earlier, schoolmaster Anatol Cumpana told Info-Prim Neo the uncertain situation of the institution was related to the authorities' will to expand the Republican Children and Youth Center, “not taking into account that the students are also part of the Moldovan youth.”
