Nine business plans were awarded in the first edition of the contest “Best business plan”, regional stage. The contest involved 26 best business plans worked out by students within the course “Bases of entrepreneurship”, 14 of whom study at education institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, IPN reports.

Each project had to clearly present the advantages enjoyed by consumers and position on the target market and to contain the description of the competition environment, risk analysis, marketing strategy and financial plan and the potential start-up.

The first place was shared by the student of the Center of Excellence in Horticulture and Agricultural Technology of Taul Eugen Serdeshnik, with the business plan “Breeding of hares”, and student of the Agricultural Technical College of Svetlyi Polina Ivanova, with the business plan “Breeding and sale of snails”.

The winners of the regional stage will later compete in the national stage of the contest “Best business plan”.
