A student of a Chisinau high school was taken to the hospital with injuries after he had been beaten by elder schoolmates. Chisinau Ambulance Service managing doctor Evelina Rusu has told Info-Prim Neo that the 13-year-old boy studies at “Nicolae Sulac” High School. After he was beaten by students from the upper grades, the boy went home, from where the ambulance was called. He was diagnosed with a cranial-cerebral trauma and soft tissue injuries. An inebriated 26-year-old man, threatening to kill himself, scratched his neck in a bar located on Ginta Latina St. As those who were inside did not have the reaction he wanted, the man broke a bottle and started to eat the glass. His brother came to the bar shortly afterward. He said that it was not for the first time that his brother was eating glass. A man found his son hanged in the house. The police of Chisinau’s Rascani district are investigating the case. A car hanging on a winch fell on a 35-year-old man who was repairing it. The man suffered facial and arm injuries, a thoracic and an abdominal trauma. The Chisinau ambulance teams on December 8 had dealt with 658 emergencies, including 54 cases of acute viral infection, 66 cases of trauma, 13 strokes and 21 deliveries.
