Prime Minister Valeriu Strelets has formulated a number of tasks for the ministries to fulfill in relation to the accident that occurred today in Romania involving a bus that carried Moldovan citizens from Istanbul to Chisinau via Buchares.
Strelets ordered that a a task force is created within the Interior Ministry to be permanently in contact with the Moldovan Embassy in Bucharest to be able to provide details and offer assistance to relatives.
The Ministry of Health shall deploy a doctor to each of the hospitals to which the injured have been admitted. The Ministry of Transport shall offer transport to repatriate the deceased.
The bus crash occurred Wednesday morning on road E87 in the Romanian county of Braila. A woman and three children were killed, and 20 other passengers were injured, including 5 critically.
