Stela Jemna has been appointed as head of Office of Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița. According to a Government press release, the appointment took place after the former head, Adrian Baluțel, decided to keep his MP seat.
Stela Jemna was a former program manager with experience in coordinating externally funded projects and public policy development programs and social projects. She holds a master's degree in public administration management from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and a bachelor's degree in economics from the finance faculty of the Moldovan Academy of Economic Studies.
The new head of the Prime Minister's Office has also graduated from the Fulbright, Edmund S. Muskie, Edward R. Murrow Program for Journalists and from the ASPEN Romania Institute.
