Stefan Uratu fired as presidential adviser

Acting President Mihai Ghimpu on September 1 issued a decree to dismiss Stefan Uratu from the post of presidential adviser on political matters following his appointment to another post, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the presidential press service. Stefan Uratu quit as presidential adviser as he chose to sit as MP representing the Liberal Party. He was a substitute candidate on the party's lists and will replace one of the two Liberal MPs who vacated their seats earlier. Mihai Moldovanu returned to the post of head of the Chisinau Municipal Council's Health Division, while Mihai Carlig – to the post of head of Rascani district. Stefan Uratu had worked as presidential adviser since February this year.
