Romanian coach Stefan Stoica left Milsami. Even if he was called back by the team’s administration after the 1-4 loss to Dacia, on October 3 Stoica announced that he has to leave the team from Orhei, IPN reports.
Stefan Stoica tendered his resignation a week ago, but was near the team in the match against Academia, which ended in a 0-0 draw. “I now do not have the force needed to go on and achieve nice things. I feel I cannot bring good results and thus decided to leave,” the Romanian coach says in a message posted on the team’s official website.
Two seasons ago, Stefan Stoica managed to bring the bronze medals to Orhei, while in the current season of the European cups Milsami reached the third Europa League qualifying round.
Stoica, 46, has trained such teams as Universitatea Craiova, Farul Constanta and Gloria Buzau. He said he does not exclude a return to Milsami. “It is the team I love most of all,” stated the coach.
Milsami ranks seventh in the National Division with 15 points after ten stages. On October 5, the ‘red eagles’ meet FC Costuleni in Orhei.
