Stefan cel Mare Blvd. will be inaccessible to traffic on Chisinau’s Day
The section of Stefan cel Mare Blvd. between the streets Maria Cibotaru and Ismail will be closed for traffic on October 14, when it is celebrated the City’s Day, Info-Prim Neo reports.
In the October 10 ordinary meeting of Chisinau City Hall officials, Municipal Police chief Silviu Musuc said that traffic restrictions will be also placed on the streets Pushkin and Banulescu-Bodoni, in the perimeter of the Great National Assembly Square
The main stage will be placed at the intersection of Stefan cel Mare Blvd. and Pushkin St. Silviu Musuc said no protection fence will be set up in the central square this year. He avoided saying how many police officers will maintain public order on October 14. He stated there will be a sufficient number of policemen.
About 60,000 persons celebrated Chisinau’s Day last year in the Great National Assembly Square.
