State will help families purchase first dwelling
The Moldovan people will be able to buy dwellings through the First House program that will be finalized soon, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The subject was discussed at a meeting of Head of Parliament Mihai Ghimpu and managers of banking institutions. A communique from the Parliament's press service says the goal of the program is to facilitate the people's access to home loans.
“The First House program will allow the state to implement a set of measures aimed at supporting the main economic sectors, especially the facilitation of the private individuals' access to home loans in this period of financial and economic crisis and stimulation of housebuilding that will promote economic growth,” the communique says.
