The second part of the mandatory land and real estate tax for 2016 must be paid by October 15. According to the State Tax Service, given that October 15 is a nonworking day, the deadline this year is October 17, IPN reports.
If the tax is not paid, penalties will be imposed for each day of delay, based on the rate set for 2016 – 0.0683% of the overdue amount.
