Revenues totaling 35.458,4 billion lei were collected into the state social insurance budget in the first 11 months of this year. This is 91.3% of the approved annual plan, IPN reports.
According to the National House of Social Insurance, the state social insurance contributions came to 19.234,0 billion lei, which is 89.5% of the annual projection, up 16.1% compared with the corresponding period last year.
Other revenues added up to 517.3 million. Out of this sum, the common tax collected from residents of IT parks was 504.7 million, up 33.4% on last year.
Transfers from the state budget totaled 15.707,1 billion lei, in accordance with the financing requests. Out of this amount, 10.015,9 billion lei was used to pay social benefits and other allowances financed with state budget funds. These are by 5.8% higher than in the corresponding period last year. 5.691,2 billion lei went to cover the deficit of own revenues of the state social insurance budget.
The expenditure was 35.071,4 billion lei, which is 90.3% of the projected amount, up 13.8% or 4.261,3 billion lei higher than last year.
The balance in the accounts of the National House of Social Insurance on December 1, 2023 was 1.027,1 billion lei.
