The state sold shares to the value of 55.9 million lei in a session on the Moldova Stock Exchange on December 16-20. There were auctioned 39 shareholdings. The state-owned holdings in four joint stock companies were sold, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from the Public Property Agency, the 56% holding (2,815 shares) in SA “Cerealeproiect” from Chisinau was sold for 1 leu a share.
The sold holding in SA „Carmez” from Chisinau was 0.11% or 2,382 shares. A share cost 10 lei.
The 34% holding (186 shares) in SA “Intreprinderea Mixta Jolly Alon” from Chisinau was sold for over 33 million lei or 180,000 lei a share.
The state also sold its 100% holding (522,102 shares) in SA “Armo-Beton” from Bacioi village, for over 22 million lei or 43 lei apiece.
