Special vehicles of the state-run company State Road Administration have spread antiskid material on public roads in the districts of Hancesti, Orhei, Rezina, Ialoveni, Criuleni, Anenii-Noi, Straseni, Nisporeni and Calarasi, IPN reports.

According to the latest reports, works are now performed on the R6 Chisinau-Orhei-Balti road, where two pieces of equipment spread antiskid material. As many as 18 tonnes of antiskid material have been spread in the area so far, 15 tonnes of which on the R 20 Orhei-Rezina-Rybnitsa road.

Three specialized vehicles work on the M1 road up to the border with Romania and on the Leuseni-Chisinau-Dubasari road up to the border with Ukraine.

Some 25 tonnes of antiskid material were used on the R3 Chisinau-Hanceasti Cimislia-Basarabeasca road up to the border with Ukraine and on the M3 Chisinau Comrat-Giurgiulesti road up to the border with Romania.

A total of 22 special vehicles have spread over 200 tonnes of antiskid material on public roads so far.
