The state-owned companies “Cartus”, “Pulbere”, the Specialized Traffic Police Technical Means Division and the specialized arms shop “Dinamo-MA” managed by the Ministry of the Interior will be transferred to the Public Property Agency (PPA). A draft decision to this effect was proposed for public consultations, IPN reports.

The given companies will be transferred together with all the owned assets and liabilities, budgetary allocations, debts and all the documents that confirm the ownership or leasehold rights over tangible or intangible assets.

The informative note to the draft decision says the goal is to implement the law on state-owned companies and municipal enterprises of November 2017. Under the provisions of this law, the Public Property Agency acts as the founder of state-owned companies in the name of the Government.
