The persons who will vote in the September 5 referendum will get the stamp “Referendum 2010” in the loose leaf accompanying the identity card or in other documents used to vote, Info-Prim Neo reports. Under a decision made by the Central Election Commission on July 23, the stamp will be put on page 8 of the loose leaf of the identity card or pages 4 or 6 of the Soviet-type passport, where there is the stamp “Citizen of Moldova”; in the temporary identification paper, form No.9; on pages 6 or 8 of the foreign passport (for the polling places set up abroad) or in the soldier’s permit, the sailor’s permit or the permit issued by the Civil Service Center. The stamp with the inscription “Referendum 2010” represents a rectangular plate that is 25 millimeters in length and 10 millimeters in width.
