A short spring break has started today for schools across Moldova, with pupils due to return to classes on Monday, March 11.

According to the 2018/19 school year framework plan, the next break will be 10 days long: the Easter holidays will last from April 27 until May 6.

The summer break will last the entire three months, except for the ninth and twelfth graders, who will start it a week earlier, on 24 May, to have more time to prepare for exams.

The examination session will take place for the ninth graders during June 3-14, and for the twelfth graders on June 4-21. A national evaluation will also be held for the primary education tier during May 14-24.
